design specifications for magnet mailers

  • Postcard and Magnet are printed in full color process and the artwork may bleed.
  • Please extend bleeds .125" beyond edge.
  • Standard Postcard Size is 5.25" x 8.5".
  • We accept most Adobe formats but prefer EPS with fonts outlined or PDF with fonts outlined.
  • We address directly on the postcard and require 2.375" by 4" of empty space starting from the bottom right corner of the card for ink jetting.
  • We can mail First Class, Standard, or Non-Profit. We will always provided the postal indicia.
  • Magnets must be at least ½ inch from all edges to secure properly.
